Managed social media presence for REAL Sounds Ltd., an event startup, by creating and editing short-form video content using Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro. Designed event posters, website graphics, and marketing assets with Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite, boosting artist reach and brand visibility to accelerate startup growth. Oversaw content creation and profile management on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, growing Instagram followers from 200 to over 2,000 (+900%) and achieving TikTok engagement rates exceeding 30% within three months.

Additionally, I’ve grown my personal brand as a content creator under Dariasirene, editing, posting, and maintaining accounts with notable success: over 80k followers on Instagram (+70% growth in one year), 60k on TikTok (+150% in under six months), and 11k subscribers on YouTube (+20% growth in the past year). Several of my videos have reached over 1 million views, with an average engagement rate of 15% across platforms.

Produced over 100 artist spotlights and posts for performers at REAL Sounds Ltd. events, leveraging Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite to design visually compelling graphics. These spotlights became an integral part of the company’s marketing strategy, generating increased ticket sales and expanding event visibility as artists shared the content across their social media platforms. This collaborative approach contributed to an increase in event attendance, while also boosting social media engagement rates.

Designed and distributed marketing emails to over 10,000 customers and fans, driving engagement and boosting event ticket sales for both REAL Sounds Ltd. and my personal brand, Dariasirene. Using Mailchimp and Wix marketing email platforms, I've designed interactive and visually appealing emails, including event invitations, exclusive promo codes, and updates, achieving an average open rate of 40% and a click-through rate of 10%.

Built and maintained subscriber lists, ensuring data accuracy and a streamlined user experience by managing subscriptions and handling unsubscriptions efficiently. Through consistent email campaigns, I contributed to a measurable increase in event attendance and ticket sales, with email promotions accounting for up to 20% of sales during specific event campaigns.

For Personal Projects

Worked on personal projects involving influencer campaigns, evaluating data to optimize ROI and engagement. made sure that influencer content and artist branding were in line by researching and compiling targeted influencer lists for particular music campaigns.  For example, identified four influencers to promote tracks like Anne-Marie's ‘SAD B!TCH,’ presenting innovative campaign ideas such as TikTok challenges and creative content that aligned with the artist’s themes. Analyzed the performance of a £4,000 campaign promoting Eminem’s ‘Mockingbird (Sped Up)’ via TikTok influencers, creating a detailed presentation and commentary to deliver actionable insights to clients, helping them understand campaign impact and influencer effectiveness.
